Fund Administration and Fund Accounting Services

Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd (“MAM”) has appointed Maybank Securities Services (“MSS”) to provide fund administration and fund accounting services for our funds. MSS is a business unit within Maybank. Maybank was incorporated in Malaysia on 31 May 1960 and has been offering registrar and transfer agency services since late 2007. In 2013, Maybank expanded its suite of services to include fund accounting and valuation services through MSS.

Roles and Duties of MSS

Registrar and Transfer Agent

MAM has appointed MSS as the registrar and transfer agent for our funds . MSS’ roles and duties as the registrar and transfer agent encompass maintaining the register of Unit Holders, handling of account opening, static data setups, financial transaction processing, reconciliation processing, corporate actions, agency maintenance and preparing relevant reports or communication to investors and regulators.

All fees and expenses arising out of this appointment are not charged to the Fund and are solely borne by MAM.

Fund Accounting and Valuation Function

MAM has appointed MSS to undertake the fund accounting and valuation function for the Fund. MSS is responsible for maintaining proper accounts, carrying out daily valuation and pricing and sending the Unit prices for publication in the newspaper. MSS will provide a report to the Manager at the end of each Business Day on the NAV of the Fund including the daily purchases and sales transactions.

All fees and expenses arising out of this appointment are not charged to the Fund and are solely borne by MAM.

Investment Advisors

Maybank Asset Management Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd (“MAM”) has appointed Maybank Asset Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“MAMS”) as the investment advisor for Maybank Constant Income Fund 1, Maybank Constant Income Fund 2, Maybank Constant Income Fund 3, Maybank Constant Income Fund 4, Maybank Constant Income Fund 5 and Maybank AsiaPac Ex-Japan Equity-I Fund (“the Funds”). MAMS shall provide investment advisory services to Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd in accordance with the investment objective of the Funds and its Deeds, and subject to investment restrictions of the Funds.

Maybank Asset Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“MAMS”) is a unit of MAMG (“Parent Company”), the asset management arm of Maybank. MAMS was incorporated on 30 June 2008 and holds a capital market services license for fund management from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. MAMS’s principal activity is in fund management and investment advisory. It is the regional investment centre for MAMG for fixed income and equities, as well as alternative asset classes. Together with its Parent Company in Malaysia, MAMS' vision is to become one of the leading Asian investment franchise operating a platform of choice for Asian investment solutions.

As of 30 September 2016, MAMS has a total staff force of twenty (20) employees.

Bosera Asset Management (International) Co. Ltd.

Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited (“Bosera International”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bosera Asset Management Co., Limited. Bosera International was established in Hong Kong on 4 March 2010 and employs over 30 people. The principal activities of Bosera International include advising on securities and asset management.

Bosera International is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong pursuant to the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571) (the “SFO”) with CE No. AVR135 to engage Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities set out in the Schedule 5 of the SFO.

Bosera International’s vision is to be a trusted partner for Greater China investments by offering a range of asset management services and products to both overseas and domestic investors, institutional and individual investors.

MAM has appointed Bosera International to advise MAM on the asset allocation and stock selection for its Greater China portfolio in Maybank Bosera Greater China ASEAN Equity-i Fund. Bosera International is also responsible for providing reports and research analyses on the Greater China market outlook on a monthly basis.
